Although we try to completely remove the cookies on the main pages of this website, that is with the exception of the dtl online boutiques, they may sometimes contain traces of some old statistical cookies for internal analysis of traffic on our server and by Google and Alexa for that goal. Our online boutiques uses cookies to remember the contents of your shopping carts. Cookies can be deleted from the browser cache at any time by the user.
        3.1 We do not use cookies in any way to personalize content and ads or to provide social-media features. We also do not share information about your use of our website with social media, advertising, and analytics companies –or any other third party who may combine this information with other information provided to them or collected through your use of their services.

        4.1 On our website we offer the option to register by providing Personal Information. The registration serves to better serve you as a user, for example to carry out pre-contractual measures. The processing of Personal Information may take place with or without the assistance of it systems and includes the following activities: collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or modification, reading, retrieval, use, disclosure by transmission, distribution or any other form of provision, comparison or linking, limitation, removal, or destruction. All data collected here will be treated strictly confidential within our area of responsibility in accordance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (gdpr).

        5. Order Processing
We collect and process your Personal Information as part of an ordering process in our online boutiques, so that you can select and order the fonts, software, and printed publications offered, as well as arrange their payment and delivery. This information includes data such as surname, first name, date of birth, delivery and billing address, e-mail address, and information about your chosen payment method. The data collected here is always encrypted and transmitted to us and, if necessary for the process, to service providers who are contractually bound to us, such as transport and/or payment-service providers.
        5.1 We use the services of ShopFactory / Santu Pty Ltd. for the processing of dtl boutique orders. This includes the use of the PayPal Check-Out payment service, including for the processing of credit cards. When selecting and using payment via PayPal, the data required for payment processing will be transmitted to PayPal in order to fulfill the contract with you with the selected payment method. When selecting and using payment via ideal, the data required for payment processing will be transmitted to the bank in question in order to fulfill the contract with you.

        6. Rights
If you have given your consent for the processing of your Personal Information, you have the right to object to processing at any time for the future. If you no longer agree to the processing or storage of your Personal Information or if your data is incorrect, you have the right to correct, restrict, or delete processing.
